Heavenstair Territory welcomes visitors throughout the year. Seasonal variations may apply, and certain attractions may have adjusted hours during special ceremonies.

Special Closures: The Territory observes three state ceremonial days per year (dates announced on the Events page). On these days, the Grand Ceremonial Plaza and Sacred Way are reserved for official rites and closed to general visitors.

Free Entry: Children under 6, active-duty military personnel, and residents of Heavenstair Territory (with valid ID) enter free of charge.

Getting to Heavenstair

  • By Air The nearest international gateway is Skyhaven International Airport, 45 minutes from the Territory. Shuttle buses depart every 30 minutes from Terminal 2 to the Grand Ceremonial Plaza.
  • By Road The Cliffside Highway connects directly to the mainland network. Parking is available at East Gate Carpark (free for Day Pass holders) and West Gate Carpark ($8 per day).
  • By Sea Seasonal ferries operate from Port Marisol to the Royal Canal Pier (1.5 hours). Schedules are available at the Canal Tour Office.
  • Within the Territory Explore on foot, hire an electric cart, or take blue-and-white water buses along the Royal Canal. All major attractions are connected by paved walkways and accessible ramps.

Facilities for Your Comfort

  • Information Kiosks Located at the Plaza, Conservatory, and Bridge entrance. Staff speak English, Mandarin, and Spanish.
  • Restrooms Clean, accessible facilities at all major attractions, including baby-changing rooms.
  • Wheelchair & Stroller Rental Available at the East Gate Welcome Centre. Advance reservation recommended in peak season.
  • Dining From casual stalls at the Royal Bazaar to fine dining at the Conservatory Café. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available.
  • First Aid Medical post at West Gate, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily. Emergency numbers posted at all kiosks.
  • Lost & Found Report or claim items at the main information desk near the Arch.

Guidelines for a Harmonious Visit

To preserve the beauty and sanctity of Heavenstair, we kindly ask all visitors to:

  • Stay on designated pathways within garden and conservatory areas.
  • Refrain from touching or climbing statues, monuments, and griffon guardians.
  • Keep noise levels moderate along the Sacred Way before 8:00 AM.
  • Dispose of waste in recycling and general bins at every rest area.
  • Leash all pets (service animals exempt) and clean up after them.
  • Use drones only with prior written approval from the Territory Office.
