Travel Guidelines

Essential information for visitors joining the Heavenstair Territory Grand Journey. Please review these guidelines carefully before registering for the national tour.

I

Entry Requirements

  • Valid passport with at least six months remaining validity from your departure date.
  • Heavenstair Dominion tourist visa or approved visa-free entry, depending on your nationality.
  • Printed or digital copy of your tour registration confirmation (reference number required).
  • Travel insurance covering medical emergencies and trip cancellation is strongly recommended.

Health & Safety

  • No mandatory vaccinations are required, but routine immunisations should be up to date.
  • Mountain and canyon sites involve moderate walking; comfortable footwear is essential.
  • Stay hydrated during conservatory and outdoor segments; free water stations are available.
  • In case of emergency, dial 911 or contact your tour guide immediately.
  • Report any illness or injury to tour staff before continuing to the next landmark.

Cultural Etiquette

  • Dress modestly when visiting ceremonial sites such as Saint Caesar Plaza and the Sacred Way.
  • Remain silent during state ceremonies and respect designated photography zones.
  • Do not climb on monuments, griffon statues, or ceremonial arch structures.
  • Greet citizens and officials with courtesy; English is the official language of the Territory.
  • Remove hats when entering the Royal Conservatory and Seed Bank Museum.

Weather & Clothing

Heavenstair Territory enjoys a temperate highland climate. Summers are mild (18–26°C) with occasional coastal breezes; winters are cool (5–14°C) with mountain fog. Layered clothing is advised for canyon overlooks and suspension bridge viewpoints. A light rain jacket is recommended year-round. Sun protection is essential along the Canyon Skystep Highway.

Currency & Payments

  • Official currency: Dominion Yuan and Dominion Dollars (dual-currency system).
  • Major credit cards accepted at Royal Market Plaza and canal bazaar stalls.
  • ATMs are available at Saint Caesar Plaza and the Royal Canal Tour Office.
  • Tour package fees must be paid in full upon confirmation; details sent by email.

Transportation

  • Tour groups travel by official blue-and-white water buses along the Royal Canal.
  • Coastal segments use licensed Skystep Highway tour coaches with panoramic windows.
  • Personal vehicles are not permitted on the Sacred Way of Great Ascension during tour hours.
  • Meet your guide at Saint Caesar Plaza, Gate of Nations, no later than 08:30 on departure day.

Photography Rules

  • Photography is permitted at all public landmarks unless otherwise signposted.
  • Flash photography is prohibited inside the Crystal Oasis Seed Bank Museum.
  • Drone use requires prior approval from the Office of Cultural Exchange.
  • Respect other visitors when photographing at sunset overlooks and market plazas.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 21 days before your preferred departure date.
  • 50% refund for cancellations between 20 and 7 days before departure.
  • No refund for cancellations within 7 days of departure, except documented emergencies.
  • The Office of Cultural Exchange may reschedule tours due to weather or state events.
